In a strong showing this academic year, Vidya Bharati schools in Delhi have reported one of their best-ever Class 10 CBSE results, underlining a consistent focus on both academic performance and student development. The results for the 2025–26 session saw an overall pass percentage of 98.99% across its unaided private schools—a figure that reflects both high achievement and minimal failure rates.
According to Dr. Satish Maheshwari, the results span 12 private schools under the Delhi Prant, where nearly 1,000 students appeared for the board exams. What stands out is not just the pass percentage, but the quality of scores—around 78% of students secured more than 60%, and 60 students crossed the 90% mark, pointing to a strong academic base.
Several clusters, including Punjabi Bagh, Rajouri Garden, and Lajpat Nagar, recorded a perfect 100% result. Other regions too reported consistently high success rates, with most schools staying well above the 95% mark. Even in government-aided institutions run by the organisation, performance remained steady, with an overall result of over 93%.
But beyond the numbers, what makes this outcome notable is the approach behind it. Officials say the schools follow a layered support system—top-performing students receive targeted mentoring, while those who need help are given personalised attention from teachers. Additional classes are conducted for students in the mid-performance bracket to help them improve, ensuring that no student is left behind.

This strategy appears to have paid off. Not a single student failed across the Delhi Prant schools this year, a claim that reflects both academic discipline and close monitoring of individual progress.
Administratively, the schools operate under multiple committees, including Samarth Shiksha Samiti and Hindu Shiksha Samiti, which coordinate efforts across institutions. This structure, according to insiders, helps maintain uniform standards while allowing flexibility to address local challenges.
Another key factor is the demographic profile of the students. A large number come from middle- and lower-income families, making the results even more significant. Educators associated with the system argue that consistent guidance, structured teaching methods, and a focus on values such as discipline and responsibility contribute to bridging this gap.
Vidya Bharati’s model places equal emphasis on character building and academics, aiming to produce students who are not just exam-ready but socially aware. School authorities believe this balance plays a role in maintaining motivation among students, especially in high-pressure board exam years.
While board results often fluctuate year to year, this performance positions Vidya Bharati’s Delhi network as a steady performer in the capital’s education landscape—suggesting that a mix of academic rigour and value-based education can deliver sustained outcomes.
