Talentpost proudly welcomes Mr. Pawan Nagpal, a distinguished Producer, Film Director, and Creative Visionary, as Consultant in Entertainment.
Mr. Nagpal’s journey in the entertainment industry is a testament to creativity, passion, and perseverance. He began his career as an actor on the TV show India’s Most Wanted, and later established himself as a Casting Director, working with several renowned television production houses including Balaji Telefilms and Beyond Dreams Entertainment.
Evolving from casting to creation, he went on to produce and direct powerful films that left a mark on Indian cinema. His debut film, Bal Naren, which he wrote and directed, was critically acclaimed and honored with domestic and international awards for its inspiring message on Clean India.
Throughout his career, Mr. Nagpal has been associated with major films and web series such as Mulk, Genius, Dhaakad, and Delhi Crime (Netflix). He has also played a significant role in helping many artists step into Bollywood — several of whom, like Aparshakti Khurana and Tripti Dimri, are now well-established names.
Currently, he is working on a highly patriotic film featuring several renowned actors, further showcasing his deep connection with purposeful and inspiring cinema.
